Terms and Conditions for using NEETgrid.
These Terms and Conditions govern use of NEETgrid's website, web app, notes, tests, analytics, dashboards, subscriptions, and related services. By using NEETgrid, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and student responsibility
NEETgrid is intended for students, parents, teachers, and NEET aspirants using the platform for lawful educational purposes. Students under 18 should use the platform with parent or guardian awareness.
Students remain responsible for their own exam registration, official eligibility, admit card, counselling, medical college admission, and official result-related steps. NEETgrid does not perform official exam services.
Accounts and acceptable use
If accounts are enabled, users must provide accurate information, keep login details secure, and promptly report unauthorised access. One account should not be shared in a way that bypasses plan limits, payment rules, or fair use.
Users must not scrape, copy at scale, resell, upload harmful code, attack the service, manipulate tests, misuse teacher/admin areas, or use NEETgrid content in a way that infringes intellectual property rights.
Educational content and test results
NEETgrid content is provided for education and exam preparation. We try to keep notes, questions, diagrams, formulas, and explanations accurate and readable, but we do not guarantee that every page is error-free or that every student will achieve a particular rank, score, or admission outcome.
Diagnostic reports, analytics, and test scores are learning aids. They should be used to guide revision, not treated as official NEET results or guaranteed predictions.
Payments, renewals, cancellation, and refunds
If paid products are offered, the price, access period, billing cycle, and included features will be shown before payment. Users are responsible for reviewing these details before purchase.
Cancellation terms are governed by the Cancellation Policy. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. If a plan has specific written terms at checkout, those plan-specific terms apply along with these Terms.
Intellectual property
NEETgrid owns or licenses the website design, notes, question presentation, original explanations, diagrams, dashboards, software, and brand elements. Users receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the platform for study.
Students may use notes for personal revision. Bulk copying, republication, commercial reuse, resale, or uploading NEETgrid material to another platform is not allowed without written permission.
Service changes and termination
NEETgrid may improve, modify, pause, or discontinue features when needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, content correction, or product development.
Accounts may be restricted or terminated for serious misuse, attempted unauthorised access, payment fraud, harassment, violation of these Terms, or actions that harm other users or the platform.
Law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable consumer protection rights. Any dispute should first be raised with NEETgrid at [email protected] so that it can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved directly.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.
