Cancellation Policy for NEETgrid paid services.
This Cancellation Policy explains how users can cancel paid subscriptions or recurring plans when NEETgrid paid products are active. Free public notes do not require cancellation.
Free access
Free public notes and free pages can be stopped at any time by simply not using the website. There is no charge and no cancellation process for free access.
If a free account feature is introduced, users may request account closure or data deletion through [email protected], subject to verification and lawful retention requirements.
Subscriptions and recurring plans
If recurring paid plans are introduced, users may cancel renewal from the account dashboard where available or by writing to [email protected] before the next billing date. The cancellation request should include the account email and plan name.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal. Unless the checkout page says otherwise, access normally continues until the end of the already-paid billing period.
One-time purchases and test packs
One-time test packs, diagnostic tests, or limited-access products usually do not require cancellation because they do not renew automatically.
If a user purchased the wrong product or payment was deducted incorrectly, the request should be reviewed under the Refund Policy rather than this Cancellation Policy.
Failed cancellation or renewal disputes
If a user attempted cancellation but was still charged, they should contact [email protected] or [email protected] with evidence of the cancellation attempt, payment reference, account email, and date of charge.
NEETgrid will review such cases and, where the charge is confirmed to be an error, process a correction or refund according to the Refund Policy.
