If your question is urgent because payment was deducted, include the account email, payment reference, amount, payment date, and a screenshot or bank/UPI reference where available.
Response time
NEETgrid aims to respond to ordinary support messages within 2 business days. Payment, refund, privacy, and account-access issues are prioritised.
Some issues require verification with a payment provider, hosting provider, or internal logs. In those cases, the first response may acknowledge the request and ask for missing details.
Before writing to us
Please include the page URL, device type, browser name, screenshot, and account email if the issue is technical. This helps us reproduce and fix display, login, or test-taking problems faster.
For correction requests, mention the exact question, paragraph, formula, table, or diagram that appears incorrect. We review academic correction reports carefully because student trust depends on accuracy.

NEETgrid is an online education platform in India. It does not operate as an official government exam portal and does not provide NEET registration, admit card, counselling, medical college admission, or official result services.
Official exam-related actions should always be completed on the relevant official authority website.
