Refund policy
Refunds are handled clearly and case by case under this policy.
This Refund Policy explains when NEETgrid may approve a refund for paid digital products such as tests, subscriptions, analytics, or bundles. The public notes library is currently free; these terms apply when paid products are offered.
When a refund may be approved
A refund may be approved if payment was deducted twice for the same product, the paid plan was not activated within 48 hours despite successful payment, or a technical issue on NEETgrid's side prevents access and remains unresolved after reasonable support attempts.
A refund may also be considered if a student accidentally purchased the wrong plan and contacts us promptly before using paid tests, reports, or premium content.
When a refund is normally not available
Because NEETgrid products are digital education products, refunds are normally not available after substantial use of paid content, completion or attempted completion of a paid test, generation of performance reports, misuse of the account, or violation of the Terms and Conditions.
Refunds are not issued only because a student's score did not improve, because an exam pattern changed, or because the student stopped preparing, unless a separate written offer on the payment page clearly says otherwise.
Refund request process
To request a refund, write to [email protected] with the account email, payment reference, amount, payment date, plan name, and reason for the request. Missing details may delay review.
Eligible refund requests are normally reviewed within 7 business days after all required information is received. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method where possible. Bank, card, wallet, or UPI processing time may add additional days after NEETgrid initiates the refund.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
If a user raises a chargeback or payment dispute with a bank or payment provider, NEETgrid may pause direct refund processing until the payment provider completes its review.
Fraudulent payment claims, misuse, or repeated abusive refund requests may result in account restriction under the Terms and Conditions.
