This page explains how to get help with NEETgrid notes, app installation, account access, payments, refunds, cancellation, and data privacy requests.

Install and access help

NEETgrid can be installed as a web app from supported browsers. If the install prompt does not appear, use your browser menu and choose Add to Home Screen or Install App where available.

If pages do not load correctly, try refreshing the page, clearing the browser cache for neetgrid.com, updating the browser, or switching to a stable network. If the issue continues, send the page URL and screenshot to [email protected].

Notes and content help

If a chapter, subtopic, diagram, formula, or table looks broken, send the exact page URL and screenshot. NEETgrid treats readability issues seriously because students should be able to study comfortably on mobile and desktop.

If you find a factual or academic error, describe the issue and, if possible, mention the source or NCERT section you are comparing it with. The editorial team may update the page after review.

Payments, refunds, and cancellations

When paid products are active, payment issues should be sent to [email protected] with the account email, transaction ID, amount, payment date, and plan name.

Refund eligibility is explained in the Refund Policy. Cancellation rules for subscriptions or recurring plans are explained in the Cancellation Policy.

Privacy and account data

For deletion, correction, or access requests relating to personal data, write to [email protected] from the email address linked to the account. We may ask for verification before changing or deleting account data.

If a student is under 18, a parent or guardian may contact us for privacy or account-related assistance.
